Average monthly utilities for a household of two are approximately $200 $250.
Minor yard maintenance is the tenant's responsibility; the owner handles all maintenance and repairs
Application Process
Applications are processed through Zillow, and each adult applicant (18 or older) must submit a separate application.

Rental history verification
A minimum one-year lease is required (discount is available for longer-term lease).
A long-term agreements for qualified applicants. The first month's rent and security deposit are due at signing (any other fees related to pets).
