Additional Bedroom with its en-suite full bath- offering great flexibility for roommates, guests, or office space. Additional Features: In-unit washer/dryer Private patio and fenced backyard One-car attached garage plus driveway Plenty of on-street parking Gas fireplace Added storage in the laundry area Small dogs are considered with a pet agreement and an annual Pet fee No smoking/Vaping or Airbnb or short-term rentals allowed Location: Excellent access to downtown, Ballard, Expedia Campus, and SPU. Steps from scenic trails and public transit (bus routes #31 and #33). Move-in ready: Today Utilities: Tenants are responsible for paying for gas, electricity, water, sewer, and garbage services. Average monthly utilities for a household of two PpL range from $200 to $250. Minor yard upkeep is the tenant's responsibility. The owner handles all maintenance and repairs. Application Process: We're currently accepting applications to join the waiting list. The application will be processed through Zillow and includes a credit check, background check, employment, and rental history verification. A separate Zillow application is required for each adult (over 18) The rental application process will be managed through the Zillow screening tool, which requires a paid application per adult for all applicants aged 18 and older. The application process will include verification of past rental history, employment, as well as background and credit checks. We are currently accepting applications from interested renters for the waiting list. Move-in ready Utilities: Tenants will be responsible for gas, electricity, water, trash, and sewer services, with average monthly utility costs ranging from $200 to $250 for a household of two. Rental Terms: - The Zillow application is required for all adults. (18 over) - The first month's rent and a security deposit must be paid in advance. ($4000) - A minimum one-year lease is mandatory. - No smoking or Airbnb rentals are permitted. - Pets like dogs may be allowed upon prior approval, but an additional annual fee and a separate non-refundable pet rental agreement will apply - discussed as part of the application We are also open to considering 2- and 3-year long-term lease agreements. Tenants are responsible for utilities and minor yard work, while the owner will handle any maintenance issues.
