The tenant is responsible for electricity and internet. The unit includes off-street parking and has access to a shared yard. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Pets are allowed with owner approval and an additional deposit. The apartment has private entry. The owner will cover the cost of water, sewer, and oil heating, while the tenant will be responsible for electric and internet services. This is a fully furnished unit, and an inventory of all included furniture and appliances will be reviewed and agreed upon at move-in. Trash and recycling must be handled responsibly, with bins set out on schedule and returned promptly. The landlord will provide at least 24 hours' notice before entering the unit, except in cases of emergency.
