From your doorstep, you'll have walking access to Horsetooth Reservoir and over 60 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. You're close enough to town for convenience, yet it feels like you're a world away in nature's quiet embrace.
We ask for no cigarette smoking or vaping on the property. Cannabis is welcome outdoors only. This space is perfect for a professional, nature lover, or outdoor enthusiast who values both tranquility and community.
RENT is $1,350/month PLUS utilities, which typically ranges from $90 to $150/month
