This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. Enjoy the large private deck with a BBQ grill, hot tub, and fire pit for cozy evenings. Located just 33 miles from Yellowstone's West Entrance, this cabin provides the perfect base for your Idaho adventures. Experience the rustic charm of this cabin, perfect for families and groups. Cozy up in the open-concept living area after a day of outdoor adventures or prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining area sets the scene for shared stories and laughter over hearty meals. Step outside to a private deck that's a haven for relaxation, featuring a BBQ grill for outdoor feasts, a hot tub for starry night soaks, and a fire pit for marshmallow roasting and memory-making. Parking is available for 2-3 vehicles and a trailer up to 12 feet in summer. In winter, trailers are not allowed, and additional parking is near the subdivision entrance. A $250 replacement fee per lost keycard is charged by the HOA. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day, with guests required to pick up after their animals. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $15 per hour, with a $50 fee for unauthorized late check-out. Nestled on Bills Island, surrounded by the Island Park Reservoir and adjacent to Lakeside Lodge, the cabin is part of a gated community with secure keycard access. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of lodgepole pines and serene waters, perfect for exploring or unwinding. Only 33 miles from Yellowstone's West Entrance, this location offers easy access to outdoor adventures. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. GPS can be unreliable, so follow the written directions provided before check-in to navigate the island's charming but winding paths. Communication with guest services is available from 8:00am to 10:00pm MDT. If a handyperson is called and no issue is found, the guest will be responsible for the fee. Street parking is prohibited, and all garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no firing of weapons is allowed on the property. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters.
