All bedrooms have ample closet space. This unit also features a gas furnace for heat, and washer/dryer (gas) hookups in the basement for tenant use. Original hardwood floors throughout unit. All windows throughout the home are energy efficient double paned. Unit is fully insulated. No off-street parking, but ample street parking is available. Pets: Negotiable on a case-by-case basis (will include a monthly pet rent and one-time, non-refundable pet fee to cover the additional wear and tear pets may cause). ~This is a smoke-free property.
