Rent pricing per month is as follows: 1st floor $1,800.00 2nd floor $1,850.00 3rd floor $1,900.00 4th floor $1,950.00 - 5th floor $2,000.00 All other charges are disclosed and detailed below. Please note that all apartments are corner units and have identical layouts. Opened in November 2015, Millcreek Towers is an owner-managed apartment community in Millcreek that emphasizes a friendly and low-key environment. Ideally located just off 900 East and 3300 South, we are minutes away from Sugar House and St. Mark's Hospital, and a 15-minute drive to downtown Salt Lake City with convenient freeway access to our beautiful mountains and ski resorts. Additional covered parking spaces are offered at $50.00 per month, pending availability. **Additional Recurring Expenses - Water, Sewer, and Trash: $62.00 per month per unit. - Internet Service (Google Fiber): $60.00 per month for high-speed 1 Gig internet, with options for upgrade available. -Tenants are required to pay a one-time $25.00/Vehicle for a programmed entrance gate's remote control. -Tenants are responsible for setting up Natural Gas and Electricity accounts in their name and pay the utility companies directly for their usage. -Tenants are required to provide a certificate of Renters Insurance.
