Property
Everything was great except like most rentals the carpet was trash. I don't know why carpeting is still a thing in rentals when it always looks and feels like garbage. The kitchen was a little tight but big enough for me. Laundry in a good position. Downstairs had a good amount of space but split in half by the stairway. That can be a pro or a con depending on your sensibilities. Upstairs was very nice but the master bedroom was a little small, still spacious enough for a king size bed. According to the man there pets are welcome and there's a tandem parking spot. This would have been perfect but timing isn't right for me. The man there who i believe is the manager of this building was very nice.
