Non-reserved off-street parking comes with the unit, at no charge. NO smoking indoors. NO pet cats/dogs/rabbits/ferrets. Tenant is responsible for gas, water, and electric. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check background, credit, and references. All adults who would occupy unit must apply; no exceptions.
