Painted throughout in a light color palate to compliment brightness/cleanliness as each room is a slightly different shade for warmth and that 'home' feeling. The kitchen features original North Park tile countertops and cabinets, and includes a full size Samsung gas range with griddle and self-cleaning large oven. To compliment the chef, you will enjoy the full size French-Door Samsung refrigerator with huge lower slide out freezer complete with ice maker. The bathtub is of true white porcelain complete with a Speakman executive shower head. 8 shelf mirrored medicine cabinet includes 6 adjustable shelves to organize all our small bath items as well as a five shelf corner locker and storage below the porcelain sink. The bedroom is spacious with a large closet and a built-in 6 drawer dresser and ceiling fan. Windows on both corner walls ensure cool night breezes. Because this home is so fresh and well done, we must request no pets and occupancy to be limited to one adult. It's been recently renovated for your enjoyment and pleasure! One year lease required. Occupancy to be one person only. No pets. SDG&E to bill tenant directly for gas and electricity. Landlord pays for water and trash. Reserved parking is available.
