Shared utilities (gas, water, electric, trash/recycling). Landlord handles landscaping. No pets, no smoking, no trailers in driveway (we have a sailboat on a trailer, no space for anything more). For cars, a garage spot is available as well as an additional driveway spot. Tenant is required to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment and keep shared spaces as tidy as you found them.
