The unit has central heat and air. The unit is located inside "Spring Garden House." While the house has been broken up into several apartments, there is no "shared or community" living space. Each unit is separate with its own bathroom/and living space. This is the largest unit, and even has a private entrance in addition to the main building entrance. Lastly, water and electricity are included in the rental price. *Note: We do not accept Section 8 or other Housing Assistance programs. *Curl's Rentals will never ask you for deposits via cash app, pay pal, or other electronic means. You must provide proof of your current three months income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. (Pay stubs, Social Security, Disability, etc. Student loan money and Child Support will not be counted as income.) You must provide 12 current months of verifiable rental history. Names, addresses, phone #'s of landlords, etc. You must provide current NC ID and a certified criminal background reports from your local police department for all persons age 18 and over that will reside at the property. You must provide a copy of your Civil Report - This can be obtained at your local courthouse.
