USE AND OCCUPANCY 4.1 Premises shall be used solely as a residential dwelling for Tenant and approved occupants. 4.2 Smoking: Permitted outside only; no smoking inside the dwelling unit. 4.3 Guests: Reasonable overnight guests are allowed provided they do not cause disturbance or damage. 4.4 Subleasing: Subleasing or short-term rentals (Airbnb etc.) are not permitted without written consent. 4.5 Parking / Driveway: Tenant may use one garage bay and the driveway in a manner that does not block the other tenant's access. Garage may be used for parking or storage at Tenant's discretion. 5.
