We are 5 blocks from Piedmont Ave, shopping on one side and close to Grand Ave. shopping on the other. We're offering a fully renovated studio with a sunny western exposure with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom has a full bathtub with sliding glass doors when you want to shower. It has a large closet, large enough to fit a bed into as one of our tenants once did. We pay for water and garbage pick up and you pay for PG&E. We have washers and dryers in our three floor building with 15 apartments and an elevator. You also get a free storage space downstairs. DEPOSIT: 1 months rent No cats or dogs please. Non smoker. The address is 3823 Harrison street. The cross street is Bayo Vista. There is no parking for the studios unfortunately. It's apt 202. We have a 15 unit building where everyone knows each other and enjoys a great building and a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping and transportation. We pay for garbage and water services and we are a rent controlled building so no one can jack up your rent on a whim.
