The main house offers three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ample closet space, and smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room is filled with natural light and ample seating, perfect for movie nights with views of the pool from the sofa. The property offers ample driveway space for up to 4 vehicles, including a large driveway and a 1-car garage. Concierge services are available for guests wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage. A Pack and Play is also included. Coconut Grove is an upscale, leafy neighborhood hugging the shoreline of Biscayne Bay, with relaxed sidewalk cafes and chic shops in and around the CocoWalk mall. The area includes several green spaces such as the bay-front Barnacle Historic State Park and the iconic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early or late options available upon inquiry. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, and noise levels must be low after 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Violations of the guest count policy incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana, or vaping are allowed. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security, and a groundskeeper may access the pool for service and landscaping. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM, as violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
