With 3 full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to refresh and relax without any hassle. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in multiple rooms keep you connected and entertained, while the locationjust a short drive from downtown Cleveland, Lake Erie, and local attractionsensures that you're never far from adventure. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Pool heating is available for a $75 per day fee, and the pool is a saltwater pool. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Please bring your own charcoal for a charcoal grill. Prime location just minutes from downtown Cleveland, Lake Erie, local parks, shops, and restaurants. The upstairs bathroom is accessible through the bedroom with the twin trundle bed without a separating door. The basement bathroom is located on the unfinished side. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Late checkout without prior notice will incur a $150 charge. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool and backyard. The pool will be closed from October 13th to May 14th, weather permitting. The hot tub should remain on and set to 100 degrees F when not in use. Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
