The entire open concept lounge/living/kitchen/dining space is full of color and light. La Passiflora is equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home while being in the ideal location to enjoy all there is to enjoy in and out of the city. The Living Room The expertly designed living room includes a separate dining area with seating for up to 6. This is a great place to entertain if you're in town to visit family or friends. You'll find multi-device chargers, usb ports, and easily-accessed outlets throughout. Lightning-fast Wifi - 668 Mbps download / 178 Mbps upload There is a smart TV that will connect easily to your phone to log into your own subscriptions and start where you left off! If you need access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, HBO "MAX", Disney+, or AppleTV+. We do NOT have cable, but we DO have an HDMI cable if you'd rather hook up your own laptop for streaming purposes. The Bedrooms There are two bedrooms, each with their own premium hybrid King sized mattress, with tons of closet storage and plenty of hangers, your own dresser, ceiling fan, brand new personal window air conditioning units, room darkening blinds, and each room is equipped with nightstand spots for charging your devices! Each room has its own private smart TV as well. You will also find blankets and extra pillows in the hall closet. La Passiflora is ideal for one person or groups of 2-6. The couch is a queen sized sleeper and we do provide full bedding and an extra luggage rack for premium comfort. The Bathrooms 2 bathrooms attached to each bedroom for a Primary Suite experience for everyone in your group. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo and are fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, plenty of plush premium towels and makeup towels. The Kitchen From the Ninja blender to a 4 in 1 multifunctional coffee maker, this fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary gadgets and a more! Dining space includes table with 4 chairs and island counter seating for 2. There are plenty of dishes/serving ware to entertain guests as well. The Laundry Space There is an in-unit washer/dryer located in the hall that connects the two bedrooms. There is a garment steamer and clothes hanging area, along with laundry soap and dryer sheets to get you feeling sharp! The Outdoor Space Guests have access to all outdoor space and are encouraged to make use of the "Breezeway Lounge". Your private covered patio with BBQ and the necessary tools. The fire-pit will put you in a trance as you watch the sunset over the Rocky Mountains. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house but feel free to relax in the privacy of the "Breezeway Lounge" where it is 420 and cigarette friendly. Please pick up after yourself and dont leave butts and remnants on the ground. There will be extra charges incurred for picking up cigarette butts. . Also please watch where the ashes are going. Any cost for damage to outdoor furniture as a result of smoking is the full responsibility of the guest.
