There is an additional bedroom-sized room, but it doesn't have any windows, so is more appropriate for storage or a home office. The apartment has a kitchen, washer/dryer, woodstove, lots of living space, and the front half has ample natural light from a sliding glass door and windows. You walk out to a patio and large backyard (with garden space available!). Most of the apartment was significantly remodeled in 2024. It's a ten minute walk from Richmond Hill Park, which has disc golf, hiking trails, and mountain biking.
Upstairs neighbors have a family and a dog, so it's not a totally silent living situation - you can definitely hear footsteps. It's currently partially furnished (couches/rugs) but we can rehome any unwanted furniture. To access the apartment, you need to walk down outdoor steps and through the yard. Two parking spaces are available in the shared driveway.
Rental price includes utilities, internet, and lawn care. May consider one well-trained pet with additional fee; we will decide this on a case-by-case basis.
