One important note: Having totally re-habbed this apartment, I ran into a problem with the 7' front-yard fence. The city has quoted a 3-4 week permitting process and it will take less than a week to finish the fence. IF you are doubtful of my ability to follow through and honor my commitments I will put you in contact with the renter in the back unit as a reference.
