Apartment is for one person, it is a no pet property, you will have a parking spot in the driveway. Apartment is $2,000.00 per month, with a $200 cleaning fee. You can rent it furnished, or if you have your own furniture that's fine too! We pay all utilities and internet! The lease can be from one to five months. We are 7.5 miles to Florence, KY and 15.8 miles to downtown Cincinnati! Owner pays utilities
