The bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms, please keep this in mind when booking with friends and family! Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. In the event of a noise disturbance, if a polite request to come into compliance is not honored, then the reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm-8am.
