The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience, offering modern appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals easily. Whether you're cooking a family dinner or just making a quick snack, the kitchen has everything you need. The dining area provides a comfortable setting to enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful natural surroundings. Comfortable bedrooms await on the second floor, each equipped with its own Smart TV for added convenience. A private balcony offers the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or relax while stargazing under the Tennessee sky. Free parking space is available at the property for up to 3 vehicles. More than 3 vehicles are not permitted. Dollywood is located just a short drive away, offering thrilling rides, live entertainment, delicious dining options, and showcases the culture and heritage of the Smoky Mountains. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, offering breathtaking scenic views, hiking trails, wildlife viewing opportunities, and historic landmarks. The Island in Pigeon Forge is a premier entertainment complex featuring shops, restaurants, and attractions. Visitors can enjoy the mesmerizing show of the Island Show Fountain, ride the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel for panoramic views, and indulge in delicious treats at various eateries. Experience the tragic yet captivating story of the Titanic at the Titanic Museum Attraction with artifacts, exhibits, and recreations. For a unique experience, visitors can enjoy indoor snow tubing and play areas at Pigeon Forge Snow, regardless of the season. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late checkouts or early check-ins will have a $50 charge. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. No pets and no parties are allowed. All booking guests must be at least 23 years of age, except children accompanied by their parents, and present during the entire stay. Guest acknowledges and understands that he or she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period, including damage done by pets, which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. No refund for weather-related issues or road conditions. Power outages are beyond our control. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously, especially if it's your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it.
