Lease term is for 12 months, with the option to go month-to-month thereafter. Owner pays for Gas and Electricity. Tenant only responsible for internet. Grass area north or the fence is for tenant to use. Owner will take care of mowing and irrigation. It is requested that the tenant remove snow on the sidewalk, steps, and rear patio. Owner will remove snow from driveway.Tenant will have access to the full 3-car garage. Tenant is allowed to park vehicles on concrete pad outside the garage doors as needed but should not leave them there overnight. Additional vehicles and visitor's vehicles should be parked on the gravel area north and east of the rental property. Tenant vehicles should not be parked on asphalt driveway. No smoking or pets are allowed.
