The living room features a Smart TV, cozy seating, and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals, while the attached sunroom offers a peaceful space to relax. Outside, enjoy two patio spaces with a grill, dining table, and seating, along with a bike wash station on the side of the house. The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to 3 dogs with a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. Renters must fill out a guest card to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf, with a $30 fee required prior to arrival. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
