Renter must be responsible and aware! showing concern for property care, safety, cleanliness, keeping keys safe, paying bills and rent on time, and being quiet out of respect for other tenants. We are looking for a WORKING, Quite non smoking person working FULL TIME This property is to be rented to one person only meaning only one occupant, no couples or children allowed. There will be NO exceptions made in this matter for the rental unit. One occupant only and no pets! Rental guidelines will not be dictated or negotiated, they are firm rules for all future and existing tenants Please read the full listing in detail before inquiring about the rental unit. All inquiries must pass a over the phone application process before viewing to determine rental eligibility. Call: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-5:00PM No smoking inside the apartments, no pets, one tenant only, no sub-leasing. Leases are month to month only. This is a one occupant only unit and there will be no exceptions made. If you are not the interested party do not call all inquiries must be made by the future tenant only. We will not allow sharing of the apartment with other people (family, friends, couples, or business associates). This unit is for one person only! Must be 21 years of age or older and submit to a criminal background check. Must provide paysubs with proof of employment working full time, absolutelty no sub-leasing. Renter must pay all utilities which are not included in rent except garbage disposal. Trash has designated area for disposal/pickup included in rent. No pets, parties, smoking, or drinking allowed inside rental unit or on property. This unit is only to be rented to one person only. No couples, friends, or family members will be considered for tenancy if someone is interested in the unit they must call themselves and provide all required information. Cable and internet hookups are available for service providers, No satellite dish hookups available or allowed to attach to building. Once again, one person renter that must be quite and working full time. Application process and phone interview will be held before any viewing of the property to discuss eligbility of tenancy. Use of illegal substances, and or (partying, extreme noise, yelling, fighting, or high volume of traffic in and out of unit) or damage to property or rental unit or even moving in people who are not on the lease is grounds for immediate eviction as we work with local law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety and security of our tenants. This property is monitored daily by management who also resides at the property. We ask that visitors be quiet and are limited to low or no traffic in and out of the building to not disturb other tenants currently living on the property. Once again this unit is to be rented to one person only. We will not consider couples, family members, or allow children on the property. Renter is responsible for bills and upkeep of cleanliness inside the unit.
