Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1- 1 King bed Bedroom 2- 1 Queen bed Available for a 6-month lease, November 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026. Landlord pays all utilities. Tenant pays a one-time cleaning fee of $350. No pets, no smoking. 2 parking spaces provided.
