Just inside the front door is the kitchen area that is fully stocked with a Keurig, pods, bottled water, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans and more. Tons of storage in the closet areas in the entry area as well. There is also seating at the kitchen bar for meals, entertaining, working, etc. The living room has soaring ceilings with huge windows that showcase downtown Des Moines (there are privacy shades as well). The sofa is cozy with a large coffee table, comfy pillows, extra blankets as well as a side chair and smart TV that is ready to go for your streaming accounts or use some of the included options! The sofa is a hide-a-bed as well. A pack n' play and high chair are available upon request. Just off the main living area, you'll first find the bathroom that has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, a hair dryer and more. This unit is situated at the end of the building, which offers a huge wall of windows in the bedroom, also with privacy/room darkening shades. The large, spacious closet has plenty of storage as well as a drying rack, ironing board, iron, laundry supplies and more. While I love all pets, certain dog breeds are restricted (Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher Mastiff).
