Note: Each apartment in this complex is uniquely finished so the cabinetry, tile and countertop colors may be different than pictured. Each apartment features a fully renovated bathroom with new luxury tile or mosaic stone/marble flooring, new vanity and new or refinished tub/shower unit. The completely new kitchens feature all new cabinetry, custom stone countertops, custom tile backsplash and all new appliances. Appliances include Refrigerator, gas range/oven, Microwave oven, Dishwasher and a stacked Washer/Dryer tucked neatly into the custom cabinetry. These apartments feature luxury vinyl wood plank style flooring for super easy maintenance. Utilities: Owner/Landlord provides water & sewer. Tenant/Lessee required to sign up for their own electricty and trash service account (City of Bentonville), natural gas account (BlackHills Energy) and internet account (must use AT&T). No satelite TV/Internet service requiring exterior mounted satelite/receiving dishes or devices allowed. Free parking for 1(one) vehicle per apartment. One additional vehicle parking space per apartment may be reserved ($60/month) on a first come-first served basis and depending on availability. One pet (One cat, or one dog) may be allowed per apartment only with Landlord's prior written approval. Cats must be litter box trained, dogs must be housebroken. Breeds known to be aggressive or prone to attack or lunge at other pets or people are not allowed. Non-refundable pet deposit ($400) plus additional $20/month pet rental charge required to be paid prior to bringing any pet onto the premises. The $20/month pet rental charge shall be paid together with regular rent each month on the same date that rental is due (1st of each month). No dogs over 20lbs (typical breed's adult weight). ONLY 1 cat or 1 Dog allowed. No birds/avians, no reptiles, no arachnids, etc. Tenants to provide day to day maintenance and cleaning of apartments. Tenants to report any issues requiring repairs within 24 hours for non emergency items and as immediately as possible for any emergency items such as: water/pipe or fixture leaks, clogged plumbing (which tenant cannot resolve with a standard plunger), heating or air conditioning not functioning, gas leaks, water heater issues, or general water leaks/damage and storm damage. Failure of tenants to maintain premises in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition may be grounds for termination of lease and/or eviction. Additional tenant and landlord responsibilities further defined per individual lease agreement.
