Guests may enjoy the private jacuzzi during their stay. A signed liability waiver is required prior to hot tub use for the safety of all guests. All events require prior management approval. Additional fees and security deposits will apply. Free parking on premises but garage parking is not included per owner's request.

Free parking on-site and easy access to major roads, including Alpine Road and North Second Street. Downtown Rockford is 10 minutes by car. Chicago O'Hare Airport is 90 minutes away. Rockford City Lines provides local bus service, and rideshare services are readily available.
You can access the building through the main entrances. We ask that you be respectful of the home and community. You can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $100.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Please leave all sheets on the bed. We emphasize not to start any laundry. If linens are laundered by guests and subsequently damaged, we regretfully must charge for their replacement. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
