The home offers a variety of sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 features two queen-size beds, and Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two twin beds. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, water slide, lazy river, planned activities, gym, and playground. The Disney Parks are conveniently located just 10-15 miles away. All pools are serviced with the highest quality and care, cleaned weekly by a professional and licensed pool company. Additional services include a mid-stay clean for $320 plus tax, BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 4 nights. Pool and spa heating is unavailable from June to September. The Solterra Community is ideally situated for easy access to the Disney Parks, just 10-15 miles away, making it a perfect base for exploring the area's attractions. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. A valid driver's license is required at check-in. Violating the age requirement will result in eviction without a refund. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, with a penalty fee of $250 for any evidence of smoking. Pets are not allowed, and if an unauthorized pet is discovered, a non-refundable fee of $500 will be charged. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with door codes deactivating at 10 AM. Late check-outs are not allowed. The home offers 24-hour check-in and contactless check-in and departure. No parties or events are permitted, and violations may result in cancellation without a refund. Cryptocurrency mining and electric vehicle charging are not allowed on the property. A starter kit is provided for the home, including dish soap, two trash bags, a dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. Additional supplies may be required for your stay, as only single items are provided to kickstart your stay.
