    Newly remodeled apartment over garage near the beach. Available for long term but we are very flexible. Open for students too, so 6 month lease would be a good start. Utilities included if used normally ( up to $100 is included in the rental). Looking for a couple or small family that would respect our good neighbors. One small dog is allowed in the property. Dog fee is $50 a month. This lease is 6 month lease and after that -month to month. However, if for any valid reason the tenant or the owner is not comfortable with the renting, the lease may be stopped by a written notice by either party given one month in advance. Lack of payment cancels the lease immediately. It is expected that the unit will be kept clean and neighbors will be respected. No noice or extra guests living in the unit. Only one small dog is allowed on the property and the tenants must clean after their do. Dog fee is $50 per month. Utilities are included up to $100 per month , anything over it will be paid by tenants.
