Apres-Ski Comfort: Come back to a cozy haven and relax by the warmth of your private fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a full day on the mountain. The gas heat ensures you're always comfortable. Relax and Recharge: Melt away muscle soreness in the indoor hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the indoor pool, both located just steps from your front door. Spacious & Social: The three-bedroom plus loft layout provides ample space for your family or group, ensuring everyone has a place to relax and store their gear. Loon Mountain Vibe: You'll feel right at home with the on-site resort amenities, including a game room, providing a great atmosphere for downtime off the slopes. This is a seasonal rental for a maximum of 6 months on a month-to-month basis. Rent: $2600 per month. Utilities: Utilities are not included in the rental price. Included Amenities: WiFi and TV are included. Deposit & Fees: Last month's rent is due at signing. A $240 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit upon departure. Parking: Two dedicated parking spots are near the house. All additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot. Rules: *NO SMOKING allowed. *NO PETS. *No parties or events. *Please respect neighbors; quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. *No littering within the Jack O'Lantern resort premises. *No fires are allowed.
