There are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed with pillow top mattresses, night stands and chests of drawers in each room. There is one 3/4 bathroom with a shower only. The living space has an electric fireplace with a heater and ample furnishings. There is a patio with a grill and patio furnishings and a large back yard. There is a designated off street parking spot for one vehicle in the driveway but NO available garage parking. The only maintenance required by the tenant is to clear snow from their side of the driveway and the backyard steps and downstairs patio of their unit when needed. Amenities include all household items such as all furnishings, small appliances, dishware, pots and pans, linens and bedding and a small TV. All utilities are included, as well as Xfinity Internet, Roku, Netflix, and trash removal. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in this unit but fans are provided in each room. The location is ideal for college students or professors as it is biking or walking distance to UCCS college! University Shopping center is only a 5 minute drive and downtown Colorado Springs and the infamous Garden of the Gods Park are only 10 minutes away! There is a NO pets policy. *Note to all interested parties: THIS IS A FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT WITH ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! This is a Month to Month Rental by Owner which is renewable at the end of each month. It is a walk out lower level unit with a private keyed entry that is completely furnished with all utilities included. Potential renters may apply by submitting an application via Zillow and must agree to the following: an in person walk through, a background check, a credit report inquiry, proof and history of income and renter's insurance before signing the lease agreement. There will be a $1000 damage/security deposit up front that will be 100% refundable at the end of the lease if the unit is left in the same condition as it was when the tenant took occupancy. A notice of 21 days is required when a termination of lease is requested by the tenant in writing or otherwise another one month of rent will be due at the first of the month. The landlord will give a 30 day notice if the lease is to be terminated for any reason by the landlord.
