This is a one-bedroom unit located in Bryant SD. The tenant just moved out on 8/22. It is on the schedule for new flooring, paint, and some lighting upgrades. We are hoping to have these renovations done by September 5th. It is a slab on grade unit which means there are no stairs and it is handicap accessible. There are 8 apartments total in the building. There are also coin-op laundry facilities for all of the tenants to use. Please note that the pictures with this unit show they way it is now, before upgrades. If you are an outdoorsman, there are plenty of hunting and fishing opportunities also as there are several lakes in the nearby area with Lake Poinsett being the most popular and only 20 miles away.
