Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, including a king bed with ample closet space and a cozy reading nook, two queen beds, two full beds, and a twin over twin bunk bed. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Situated in a residential neighborhood, this home is convenient to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Mobile. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for ease of getting around.
Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The minimum age to rent this property is 21. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided to avoid a $100 charge for third-party trash removal.
