Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort, this property is designed to cater to large families and is in a prime location near Orlando's best theme parks. This spacious home features six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, a comfy living area, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the luxury of a private pool with an option to add heat, a game room with a pool table, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Relax in the outdoor pool loungers and enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Located in Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining, and other attractions, everything you need is at your fingertips. Enjoy world-class meals at nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location, just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. Posner Park, with an Imax movie theater and many other stores, is just 7 minutes away. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is no smoking and no drugs allowed inside or outside the home. A maximum of 13 guests can be accommodated at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum during late hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure to avoid fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. This home offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi access throughout the property.
