Insurance Renter's Insurance: Tenants are required to obtain renter's insurance and provide proof of coverage prior to move-in. 6. Entry and Inspection Notice for Entry: The owner will provide at least 24 hours' notice before entering the property, except in the case of emergencies. 7. Termination and Renewal Termination: Early termination by the tenant requires owner approval and is contingent upon the tenant securing a replacement tenant approved by the owner. Transfer of lease or changes to lease applicants may incur additional charges. Renewal: Lease renewal will be considered by the owner and discussed at least 45 days prior to lease expiration. 8.
