You'll have two dog parks only blocks away-yes! Yet enjoy the quiet of our lovely treed neighborhood for morning strolls. And your central location means easy transit to work or play. Your sunny home at the Roost: - Newly built and furnished, 2 bedroom suites with 2 full bathrooms with tubs, large open kitchen/dining, and private entrance and patio. - Designed as a pair of suites- bedroom, bathroom and parlor-with kitchen and dining in between. Each space has its own AC/heating mini-split for personal comfort. Keep cozy or cool! -Lovely separation and privacy if you're traveling with children or family. You have your own closets, bathrooms and parlors, yet open the parlor doors for sharing and great social space. -Each side has its own TV, desk, drop-leaf table, sofa and chairs. The queen beds have charging stations. Large South facing windows let in tons of light. -Couples can enjoy a personal closet and bathroom, and set up each parlor differently: how about relaxing in one, your projects or remote work in the other? -Remote workers, gamers and movie fans will love our fast, reliable Wi-Fi. It's fiber and full Mesh. -The large kitchen is well-stocked with all the large and small appliances you need, including 2 full sized refrigerators. Enjoy the popcorn popper for movie nights! -Pets: we welcome well-mannered dogs. We will ask an extra pet deposit. Let's discuss your furry friend's needs. -Laundry and folding tables are on site. -There's no smoking or vaping on the property. -We prefer a stay of 3 months or more, but always consider a 2-month and hope for a longer-term stay when there's a good fit. Step outside The Roost, and you're in truly amazing neighborhood: - In the Division/Clinton (Richmond District), you'll have tasty food pods--hidden down alleys and behind stores--a useful hardware store, a wine seller, coffee shops, a bakery, beloved pie and doughnut shops, so many great restaurants and pubs, and two theaters that pair their screenings with live events. -From The Roost, you can walk to Safeway and Natural Grocer, and have a Trader Joe's, a Fred Meyer, and a New Seasons just on the main arterial, Cesar Chavez Blvd. - You're close to a Powell's Bookstore, banks, clothing stores and thrift shops. Plus, art classes and a great craft school only blocks away. -Yet we're so connected to highways and transit that you easily can explore Portland, or head for the river, the mountains, and the Oregon Coast. So please delve into The Roost pictures and floor plan. Our renters have said they love how the space gives them together time with the option of privacy. We hope to see you soon! All utilities included, with fast mesh wifi network for remote workers, gamers, and movie watchers. No smoking or vaping on the premises please. There is easy street parking right in front of the property.
