This is a smoke-free home. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of butts. Should you smoke inside, there will be a charge for the cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. All guests must be registered to comply with local ordinances and regulations. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night of their stay. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If you're more than 90 minutes late, there will be a charge of either $250 or the full rate for another night. However, this doesn't give you the right to remain on the property for the subsequent night. Early check-ins, if not pre-arranged, are not permitted. If the cleaning team finishes ahead of schedule, they will notify you, and you can then check in without an extra fee. Do not use bathroom towels to clean your bikes. If you do, there will be a charge for replacing them. All guests must be verified ahead of the stay. As part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through the guest portal, and, in rare cases, provide a small security deposit. Check-in instructions will not be sent until you have successfully completed the guest portal.
