Located in North Salem just two blocks off Lancaster Drive it has easy access to transit and downtown Salem and Willamette University. Lancaster Drive is a major commercial arterial street with a large assortment of shops, restaurants, health and dental offices, and grocery markets. Many of these businesses are within walking distance. The monthly rent is $1,500 and does include utilities (water, sewer, trash removal and electrical). A one-year lease is required along with $1,500.00 deposit ($1,000 refundable security deposit and $500 refundable cleaning deposit). Small pets can be consider providing additional fees and deposits are agreed upon. The renter is responsible for the payment of all utilities ($200/month), which is included in the base rent, and is required to pay all required deposits prior to moving in. Small cats and dogs are permitted providing $300 pet deposit is paid prior to move in and a $30 monthly pet fee is paid. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or within 10 feet of the unit. Parking for one vehicle is provided in a dedicated on-site parking space. A one-year lease at $1500/month, or a 6-month lease at $1600/month, is required and all agreed upon fees are paid prior to move in.
