Hi everyone, I'm looking for people who might want to live just over the hill from Breck in Fairplay. One year lease required.
This is a new home with on site parking, washer/dryer, and all new kitchen appliances with a pantry. Each bedroom has a closet and two share a bathroom with a shower/tub. The other bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. There is a garage and additional on site parking. It also has a decent sized crawl space that can be accessed in the floor of the pantry for additional storage. Only space that will have any furniture is the en suite bedroom. The largest bedroom, the en suite, and the Living Room will all have drapery for privacy.
This is a pet friendly home as long as they are housebroken and are well-behaved. The neighborhood does not allow dogs off leash but the house is right next to the clubhouse that has a fenced dog run.

One-year lease required. First and last month's rent due at move-in, along with a $1,000 security deposit. Up to two dogs or cats allowed with a $35/month per pet rent fee, payable with monthly rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water, electricity, HOA fees, and setting up Wi-Fi for the home. Smoking is not permitted inside the home but is allowed outside on the property; tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean and well-maintained. Use of the home for Airbnb, short-term rentals, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited. Subletting is only permitted with prior written approval from the landlord.
