The chef's kitchen features a walk-in pantry and oversized island, complemented by a wood-burning fireplace in the open-concept great room.
The property features a 1,000 sq ft garage for vehicles, skis, bikes, and gear. A maximum of three licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, with a minimum $500 fine for violations. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies, and a maximum of three licensed vehicles is allowed. Compliance with house rules is essential, with fines for violations such as leaving garbage, smoking indoors, or failing to follow check-out procedures. Check-out time must be adhered to, and failure to vacate on time will result in penalties.
