There are multiple landmark movie theaters like the Vista and Los Feliz Theater that are within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is on the ground floor but gets lots of natural light because of its location on the hill. It's a relatively large one bedroom with lots of closets and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. There are only four units in the building and each one comes with one parking space located in the rear lot. Small pets are ok. Tenant pays utilities but water is included in the rent. Owner pays for water, tenant is required to pay for gas, electricity and trash pickup. NO smoking allowed. One small pet is allowed. No storage is allowed outside the apartment. The lease is on a month to month basis. 30 days notice is required to terminate the lease. A credit report and 2 references are required at time of the application.
