    Feel at home in this charming home in the Frys Spring neighborhood, which underwent a full renovation completed in the Fall of 2022. This home features 5 bedrooms. Everything in the home is brand new, from the appliances to the tile floors and the refinished original hardwood. The home features two full-sized living rooms, a sunny, open living/dining area on the first floor, and an additional living space on the bottom level. Each of the 5 private bedrooms are spacious and have their own closet. The bottom floor living area is outfitted with several mirrors and make-up stations. Permanent bistro lights, a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill are available for guest use. Firewood is provided but charcoal for the grill is not. Pets are welcome, so long as they're well-behaved and house-trained. Any "accidents" inside the house on the newly-refinished floors or new rugs will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee. There is a single off-street parking spot in the driveway, and plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. You will have access to two full kitchens, including spices and coffee essentials. Ideally located in Charlottesville, this home is less than 2 miles from UVA, i64, Wegman's, and The Downtown Mall. It's a few minute's drive/Uber from Downtown C'ville and interstate 64 for access to wineries. As a home in a quiet, residential neighborhood, only you and the listed guests should spend time in our home during your stay. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed in the home. If you hang things on the walls, use command strips only. Do not tape, nail, or thumbtack posters or banners into our walls. Do not move artwork, and if any of the artwork is damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for replacing it. Every guest gets their own 4-digit code to access the house, which is changed before and after every stay. Codes are sent the morning of your stay.
