Mountain range, sea critters (whales, sea lions, etc...), drop a kayak or paddle board in the water (just by walking across the street) and lot of great boating traffic. Excellent layout, good for a business owner, couple, small family, roommate situation, rent out a room (separate rooms on different sides of the house), etc... Downstairs has hardwoods throughout, a large bathroom with laundry, a full remodeled higher end kitchen with all-new dark cabinets, cement countertops (new stainless refrigerator, new stainless oven, new stainless dishwasher, Travertine tile, new stainless microwave, designer backsplashes and top end finishes.etc...), a dining room, living room and fireplace. There is also a small deck for a BBQ, etc... Upstairs has a very large master bedroom, a bathroom with Travertine tile and cement countertops and a second bedroom. There are new windows, new doors and light fixtures throughout as well. You are close to Alki Beach (walking distance), downtown Seattle, parks, restaurants, great stores and tons of other things to do. It is such a great place to live. I-5, HWY 99 and I-90 all very close to the place. Just 15 minutes to the airport. There is a carport for one car and a second parking spot on the other side of the building...so two spots. There is also plenty of parking on the street just in front of the house. The neighborhood is peaceful and there's a great group of neighbors. Excellent internet and cable options available. Packages are dropped off inside and there is an intercom system so no one can get to your door without you knowing. Professionals and world-travelers live in the building, so your neighbors are top notch. There are 3 Townhomes upstairs and this is the middle unit, therefore always nice and warm when needed. Total of 5 units in the building. All professionals, so very peaceful. The pictures don't do the place justice, just FYI. Dogs and cats are welcome, just need them to be well behaved and housebroken. Please email for an appointment. Available October 1st 2025 and there can potentially be an earlier move in date, as the current tenants have just bought a house. Ask if you would like an earlier move in during September. Current tenant is buying a house, so we might be flexible with an earlier move in date.
