The two bedrooms showcase the gorgeous, historic hardwood floors. Enjoy the fenced-in backyard, deck, and charcoal grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. This home is located in the historic downtown residential district, right next to Victory Drive, providing easy access to Fort Moore. Enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Riverwalk, which is only a short, 3 block walk. Downtown Columbus is only a mile away. This home is in the perfect location to explore historic Columbus and the scenic Chattahoochee River. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
