Easy access to I-215, I-80 and I-15. This is an ideal place for professional couple, couple with 1 or 2 children, academics, fellows, interns and mature students. We are a semi-retired couple who have 2 small dogs, enjoy organic vegetable gardening that will share with tenants if interested. There is a gardening area if you wish to grow your own vegetables and herbs. Please do not send applications unless we have communicated and a tour has been completed. Fees and Deposits: Application through Zillow accepted after tour or we have communicated. $1,000 - Security deposit (100% refundable) $250 - Pet fee (non-refundable) If approved. $25- monthly pet rent per pet. Rent is 1,875 per month. We have the apartment thoroughly cleaned and use a move in/out checklist (which is included for your review). We use this to identify what needs to be done to receive a full refund of the security deposit. No smoking permitted on property.
