Two bedrooms have two double beds each, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth a double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure a restful sleep. For extra sleeping space, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the fully updated kitchen with complete amenities and ample counter space for meal preparation. Relax in the covered patio and large backyard, perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Inside, discover a cool and relaxing living room with a Roku TV and access to a covered patio. The dining room and kitchen with a laundry area are on the right, while the first bedroom is to the left from the main entrance. The other three bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway on the left side of the living room. Outside, enjoy a covered patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This house is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, supermarkets, shopping centers, and parks, just a few minutes from everything. It is only a few blocks away from Vaughn Road Elementary School. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal.
