Two bedrooms have two double beds each, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the fourth a double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen-size sofa bed. You'll love the fully updated kitchen, complete with amenities and ample counter space for meal preparation. Relax in the covered patio and enjoy the large backyard. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad, leading to a cool and relaxing living room with a Roku TV and access to a covered patio. To the right, there's a dining room and a kitchen with a laundry area. The first bedroom is to the left of the main entrance, with the other three bedrooms and bathrooms down the hallway on the left side of the living room. Outside, a covered patio, firepit, and charcoal grill are available for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. If evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste is found, you will be charged for cleaning costs. This house is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, supermarkets, shopping centers, and parks, just minutes from everything. It's only a few blocks away from Vaughn Road Elementary School. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. However, we are just a phone call away if needed. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. You are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay and for bagging all trash and placing it in the provided bins. Excessive trash removal will incur a $100 charge.
