This property had been an airbnb and we are leaving everything for you! , , plenty of cookware, appliances including toaster keurig, can opener, etc. Gas Stove! Attic Storage as well! This was a well stocked 5 star airbnb! Property owner lives downstairs, so a responsible tenant is a must! This is not a party house, nor for slobs, sorry. some furniture can possibly be removed if you would like to bring yours, however some things are non-negotiable and non-removable. Furniture is also very high-quality with a king size bed that's very comfortable and thick real leather sectional with pull out bed. Beautiful mstching modern coffee and end tables and lamps, modern full-size kitchen with tile copper accents and newer appliances with dishwasher! Also newer bathroom with a great shower! This property is great for the anyone that just came to town for work or an extended stay, or anyone wanting a fresh start! Fair and pleasant landlord however if you cannot afford this place or you are not a responsible individual do not apply. Owner pays for water, internet, and streaming tv. Apt is tastefully furnished with quality furniture and all cookware etc. There are 2 large flatscreen tvs, and living room has soundbar system with subwoofer. There is no smoking inside the loft. Pets can be discussed, although separate non refundable deposit of $300 will be charged, and pets must be quiet, well behaved, and HOUSEBROKEN. Accidents will not be tolerated and If pet waste odors or stains are present, lease will be terminated and tenant will forfeit damages caused by pets out of their deposit! There will be substantial late fees that will accumulate after more than 3 days late for rent. If you cannot afford this loft, please don't rent it! Property is situated on a double lot with 27 TALL palm trees, the main house is a duplex with owner downstairs and #2upstairs, and the back carriage house apt. There is a long single car shared driveway that can be discussed. There is washer and dryer available in the downstairs unit just inside the back door available by appointment.
