    Looking for a cozy retreat? Feel at home in this charming 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that accommodates up to 14 guests. Conveniently located near the best of Montgomery. This home features a living room with a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal prep, and you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for entertainment. The spacious backyard is ideal for relaxing with loved ones. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, the first bedroom is on the right side. Walk straight from the main door to reach the living room with a decorative fireplace. Beside the fireplace, there is a door going to our spacious backyard. On the right of the living room, you will see a dining room, laundry room, and kitchen. The kitchen has an access door going to the first bedroom. On the left side of the main entrance is a hallway leading to the bathrooms and four other bedrooms. Outside the house, you will see outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. This house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. It is just a few minutes from groceries and shops and only a 10-minute drive to Baptist Medical Center South! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third party trash removal. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Check-in is contact-free via a digital door code.
